Keystone Chocolatefest - Discussion Topic
Alex and I had the opportunity to attend Chocolatefest 2011 which was held at the Hershey Lodge (thanks to free tickets that my dad won through a local radio station). Lots of eating and good times were definitely had by all who attended. I have some pictures of some of the highlights of the event:
Chocolate-covered strawberries...too yummy!
The Cake Competition
More cakes!
These were just absolutely beautiful! Not sure if they were sale or not but they were at Giant's booth.
We tried Cocoa-braised pulled pork (offered by the chefs of the Hershey Lodge) which was delicious!
Some kind of ice sculpture.
A band providing the entertainment offerings.
WGAL New 8's Doug Allen was the Master of Ceremonies.
More scrumptious treats!
The PA School of Culinary Arts' table.
Some of their ribbons.
What do you know....there were even Disney-themed cakes here!
The children's area.
Part of the lobby.
Overall, it was a great day! Definitely the perfect event for anyone who is craving a sweet tooth. Definitely plenty of sweet treats and goodies around the place. Worth doing again!
